Introduction
AC480 - 3546KVA 3 Phase Load Bank consist of dry load module and auto control module, test load and output power of generators, the test including setting, fluctuation,transient load/unload,recorded wave analysis,harmonic analysis,testing the static parameter and dynamic parameter
1 System can load power in rated range, measure generator steady-state 3 phase voltage, current, active power, power factor, frequency, and running time, and simulate the generator set, UPS real load working state. Power input using sectional type, energy dissipation type load, forced-air cooling, 3 phase fan decentralized supply air, air-flow is sufficient and low noise.
2 System can work with PC software to realize intelligent operation, automatically finish the parameters testing, and create testing data table, curves and reports that can be printed, reduce a lot of manual operation.
3 The system is a self-developed device used for electricity load testing by Kaixiang Technology. It perfectly combines the dry type load module and measurement and control module, precisely test output power and load performance of kinds of generator set, UPS etc.

Step by Step Load: during steady state load, load bank will increase or reduce power so that smoothly transit into target power, avoiding unscheduled transient load/unload. Step value and step interval can be set.
Constant Power Load: automatically adjust to the power when the voltage fluctuation, keep the setting value.
Auto Load: power and time can be set to some stage, process stage test automatically. Allow pause or process next stage during loading.
Manual load: input power and power factor, then will load according to the value.
