Introduction
AC6.6KV-4MW High Voltage Load Bank (hereinafter referred to as "system") and its accessories are proposed including their function, performance, usage, structure, installation and test to provide users with a high efficient and reliable choice, in order to meet the need for generator load test.
It consists of 1 sets of 4MW load bank. The system is made up of two parts of measurement & control and load, mainly including the high voltage dry type AC load bank, automatic data acquisition system, automatically loading and unloading control system, the cooling device, auxiliary control, remote control box and PC software and so on.
1 System can load power in rated range, measure generator steady-state 3 phase voltage, current, active power, power factor, frequency, and running time, and simulate the generator set real load working state. Power input using sectional type, energy dissipation type load, forced-air cooling, 3 phase fan decentralized supply air, air-flow is sufficient and low noise.
2 System can work with PC software to realize intelligent operation, automatically finish the parameters testing, and create testing data table, curves and reports that can be printed, reduce a lot of manual operation.
3 The system is a self-developed device used for electricity load testing by Kaixiang Technology. It perfectly combines the high voltage dry type load module and measurement and control module, precisely test output power and load performance of kinds of generator set.
System mainly consists of resistance load, data collecting, control system, cooling device, etc. The system can test output power and load performance of generator sets.

(2) The container is made by professional container manufacturer, which ensures that the production is strictly in accordance with the container’ manufacturing practice and relevant standards.
(3) The load bank adopts standard container, the overall error of fixing hole is ±2 cm, so that the container can reach the requirements in transportation and storage. The internal structure is a special design, which is divided into independent connection, resistance module, fan cooling, special insulation and so on.
(4) Container load bearing is designed in accordance with container design code. When detecting, use the special thickness gauge TT100 to detect the error of material thickness and design drawing, to ensure that the overall structure of the container meets the requirements of the load bearing. In general, the actual total weight of the load is only about 10T, only 1/3 of the load-bearing design, can ensure the safety and reliability of hoisting and moving.
