Introduction
AC450V-1000KW 3 Phase Load Bank consist of dry load module and auto control module, test load and output power of generators, the test including setting, fluctuation,transient load/unload,recorded wave analysis,harmonic analysis,testing the static parameter and dynamic parameter
(1) Control mode interlock: there is switch in control panel to choose control mode, other control mode is invalid if user choose one control mode.
(2) Local meter display data: 3 phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency etc.
(3) Control mode: user can choose local control, remote control or intelligent control (PC control)
(4) Local manual control: local control panel in load bank, with multi load steps, controlled by buttons.
(5) Intelligent control: user can control load bank by data processing software of PC to make automatic load/unload, display, record and manager the test data, form curve, graph, also can be printed.

(1) Load mode: manual load or automatic load.
(2) Manual load: input power and power factor, then will load according to the value.
(3) Preset Load: input the parameter of generator, choice 0%,25%,50%,75%,100%,110%, calculate power value automatically,
(4) Step by Step Load: during steady state load, load bank will increase or reduce power so that smoothly transit into target power, avoiding unscheduled transient load/unload. Step value and step interval can be set.
(5) Constant Power Load: automatically adjust to the power when the voltage fluctuation, keep the setting value.
(6) Auto Load: power and time can be set to some stage, process stage test automatically. Allow pause or process next stage during loading.
